These vegan buffalo patties with avocado dip taste just like buffalo chicken, but without the meat! They’re spicy, crunchy and are served with a delicious, creamy dip! Perfect for game day!

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces, 230 grams
1 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup frank’s buffalo chicken sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups quinoa, cooked
1/2 cup green onion, diced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
black pepper, to taste
