1 medium sweet potato (peeled and cooked)
1 cup gluten free oats (ground)
¼ cup coconut oil
? cup peanut flour (Better Body Foods)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia plus 3 tbsp water (soaked)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
? cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
¼ cup non dairy milk of choice
¼ tsp salt

Dark Chocolate Magic Shell Coating
4 oz dark chocolate or vegan chocolate chips
1 oz coconut oil (liquid)
½ tsp vanilla
