12 oz strip steak
4 cups beef broth
15 oz whole tomatoes
15 oz stewed tomatoes
.5 onion
2 stalks celery
2 potatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
1 tbs sea salt
1 tbs pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbs oil
saute onion and celery in oil deglaze pan with beef broth add canned tomatoes, break up with spoon, add bite sized potatoes, bite sized steak, and all seasonings, cook 20 min until potatoes are soft, add frozen vegetables last 5 minuets of cooking . serve hot
