I developed this off a Weight Watchers recipe. It's quick, filling, low-calorie and easy.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup zucchini, diced
3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
2-4 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sundried tomato pesto
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb spaghetti
