Vegetable samosas, made with potatoes and peas seasoned with just the right blend of spices, and fried to perfection.

What you need for this recipe:

2 Medium Potatoes, Peeled and Cubed (approx. 2 cups)
½ cup of Peas
2 Shallots Minced
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Paprika


For the Dough:

1 cup of flour
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
1 baking powder egg
approx. ¼ cup water
