This is the vegetarian version of minced keema. It tastes good with roti or plain rice! Protein rich, delicious curry we made in Indian style. When I am in hunt of protein food I found Nutrela Soya Granules in a supermarket. I found a bit attention-grabbing on the package that 100 grams serving of soya granules contains over 54 grams of protein. This is more than the same serving size of meat and eggs. Potato -1
Carrots – 1
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Soya Granules – 1 cup
Salt – To taste
Turmeric – pinch
Water – ¼ cup

To temper:
Oil – ¼ cup
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green Chillies - 4
