A famous Indian snack, Samosas can be probably be found anywhere in the world! They're a lovely snack for a cold day when you're just a little more than nibbly and a little less than hungry.

2 onions, minced
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 pound potatoes, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1 10 ounce package frozen peas, thawed and drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
dash salt and pepper to taste
