Veggie Ramen Noodles
15
Ramen noodles can be pretty boring all by themselves so I came up with a recipe that makes these noodles a little more interesting and tasty. It's pretty simple to make and my whole family thinks it's delicious. You can add cooked chicken and any kind of veggie you'd like.
6
1 tbsp oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of onions, sliced
1 1/2 to 2 cups of frozen, mixed veggies, thawed
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
Black pepper
3 packs of chicken flavored ramen
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of onions, sliced
1 1/2 to 2 cups of frozen, mixed veggies, thawed
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 egg
Black pepper
3 packs of chicken flavored ramen
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
In a pot of water add 1 seasoning packet and stir. Add in the ramen noodle blocks. Put on top of the stove and turn on heat. Put a lid on the pot and wait 'til the noodle blocks loosen and the noodles are loose. The water doesn't have to boil. Drain noodles and set aside. In a large skillet heat up the oil and add the onions and garlic. Saute for a couple of minutes, add the mixed veggies and stir. Add the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, black pepper, the egg and stir until fully combined. Pour in about 1/2 cup of hot water to make a sauce. Add in the noodles and stir until the sauce coats the noodles. Garnish with cilantro and serve. Top with more sriracha and soy sauce if desired. Enjoy!
