Walnut Chocolate Rice Cookies

½ cup rice flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cacao powder
¼ cup chopped walnut
2 tablespoon butter, melt
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, cacao powder and walnut. Beat butter and sugar, mix in egg. Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Shape into cookies, put on baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 7-10 minutes.
