8
Two 10-oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach

4 cloves minced garlic (I use 2)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I use 1/3 cup)
One 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (or more)
3/4 stick butter (6 Tbsp)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 cloves minced garlic (I use 2)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I use 1/3 cup)
One 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped

1. Cook spinach according to pkg directions. Drain well--press spinach in colander to remove excess water.
2. Saute onion and garlic in butter until translucent, about 10 minutes.
3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
4. Place in glass container that has been sprayed with Pam. Top with a bit more mozzarella.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables. Sour cream and salsa go well with this recipe.
