Warm Sweet Potato and Chickpea Salad

A delicious and nutritious warm Sweet Potato and Chick Pea salad that will make your skin glow

3 tbsp Oliver Oil
1 tbsp Water
3 Medium Sweet Potatos Peeled and chopped into small cubes
3 tbsp Tahini
2 Gloves garlic Minced
juice of half a lemon
Pinch Salt and Pepper (I use pink salt)
1 can Chickpeas (Drained and washed)
1 cup Chopped Parsley
1 Chopped red onion
