1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Cup butter (NOT unsalted or Margarine) Room Temperature
3/4 Cup sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar lightly packed
2 Eggs

6 oz. White chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Position racks in center of oven. Be sure to cover your Cookie Sheets with either Parchment Paper or a silicon mat to prevent cookies from sticking to the pan. Add Oats a little at a time until incorporated. Fold in cut up caramels and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto Parchment Covered Cookie Sheets Bake approximately 10 minutes Allow cookies to rest for about 15 minutes before removing them from the cookie sheet.
