White Chocolate Orange Creamsicle Cookies

These are a sweet citrus-y cookie that are a wonderful diversion if you are tired of the chocolate chip options. These taste like summer!

2 1/2 C flour
3/4 C white sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 C butter, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate, melted
1 1/2 C white chocolate chips
