A soft baked chocolate chip cookie that has melted white chocolate and peanut butter in the batter with white chocolate chips AND crushed peanut butter cups!

4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup white chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter cups, chopped
