Whole Food Protein Balls (with a secret ingredient)

These treats are easy, tasty, versatile, and GOOD FOR YOU! This recipe makes about 20 protein balls, depending on how big you decide to make them.

2 C. rolled oats
1/2 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. (or more) extra-dark chocolate
1/2 c. walnuts
1 C. prunes
1/2 c. peanut butter (or other nut butter of your choice)
3 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
1/2 c. coconut flakes

Toss ingredients into a food processor, and give em' a spin. Chill for one hour before rolling into balls. These can be stored in the freezer.
