1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 3/4 cup pure pureed pumpkin (equivalent to a small can)
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup cinnamon chips
1 cup chopped pecans
