I eat these waffles almost every day. My body expects it now, so if I skip breakfast or eat cereal, I feel incomplete. My day just goes better with whole grain in me. I prefer to eat mine plain or I'll fry up an egg and some turkey bacon and make a waffle sandwich. The best part about these waffles is my boys will eat them! As a mom, you rejoice when your kids love something they don't know is healthy for them. This is a common recipe and is typically used for pancakes. I prefer

1 1/2 C. milk, divided
1 egg
2 TBL sugar
1 tsp salt
1 TBL baking powder
1/2 C. Canola Oi
