Wiener Schitzel

I remember whenever my boss asked me to make French fries my mind will straight away get a picture of veal coated with breadcrumbs and some French fries.one thing that I loved about this recipe is that its simple and classy. Anyone will enjoy it. its a great finish for anyone who has had a bad day

two eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 veal slices
papper
salt
corn flour
salted butter
1Tsp olive oil
Dry the veal slices, coat it slightly with the corn flour shake it to remove access flour, in a flat plate ,break the eggs add enough pepper, wash In the veal slices on both side in the egg .in another flat plate put the bread crumbs ,press the egg coated veal in bread crumbs on both sides shake to remove excess bread crumbs put butter and oil in a pan, when its hot fry the veal for five minutes on each sides .remove from heat serve with lemon wedges. You can also make gravy from the oil in remaining in the pan

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
