Wine Cookies

White wine cookies are delicious sweet treats! If you haven’t tried them yet, here is your chance! They are easy to make & fast to bake!

270g (9.5oz) Plain Flour
100g (3.5oz) Caster Sugar
80ml (2.7fl oz) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
80ml (2.7fl oz) White Wine
½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
5 Tablespoons Icing Sugar
