Winter Squash Muffins made with cranberries, cinnamon and butternut squash. Gluten free and low calorie, this cozy muffin is a delicious snack on a winter day!

1 1/2 cups pureed butternut squash
2 egg whites, room temperature
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup plain, Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Gluten Free rolled oats
1 1/2 cups Gluten Free baking flour
1/3 cup Trivia baking sugar or coconut sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 cup dried cranberries
