A fast and easy stew to prepare for the mom on the go.

6 cups chicken broth
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 large carrots, diced
1/2 cup raw long grain rice
dash of pepper
1 cup cooked chicken, diced

Pour all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook on high until rice is tender (about 30-40 mins.). Serves 6
You can also do a chickenless soup: Use celery, carrots, potatoes, noodles, McKays chicken style instant broth and seasoning.
