Light and refreshing, this sauce pairs well with grilled meats and vegetables

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 clove small garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients together. Then, cover and refrigerate at least one hour to blend the flavors.
