Yummy Indian Shrimp Curry

A delicious, yogurt-based tomato curry with shrimp. You can make it as spicy as you desire. This is also incredibly tasty with chicken thighs or lean pork instead of shrimp too

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil (or Enough To Coat The Bottom Of Your Pan)
1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
1 pound Rock Shrimp, Cleaned, Peeled And Deveined
1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Crushed Tomatoes
1 cup Plain, Full-fat Greek Yogurt
2 whole Serrano Peppers, Finely Chopped
2 Tbs Hot Madras Curry Powder
2 tsps Garam Masala
1 - 2 tsps Chili Powder
1 tsp salt (more to taste)
1 tsp black pepper (more to taste)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
1 pound Rock Shrimp, Cleaned, Peeled And Deveined

In a large, heavy skillet, heat olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of pan). Brown the diced onion in the oil. Add the shrimp. Once the shrimp are pink, add the crushed tomato and curry. Bring to a simmer....
