Yummy Pasta Bake

This delicious pasta bake recipe is a perfect hearty meal to serve a crowd or a great mid-week quick fix for the whole family. It’s warm, filling and budget friendly too. As the pasta in this recipe doesn’t need to be boiled first – it will literally take you less than 5 minutes to prepare, so even though it does need an hour baking, it’s really hands off so you can pretty much put it in the oven and leave it. 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp. tomato puree
1/2 cup/25g sun-dried tomatoes
1 1/2 cups/100g kale
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
1 1/3 cups/100g mushrooms
1 cup/150g whole wheat pasta
fresh basil for garnish
