8 cups zucchini, peeled and diced
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup butter, cold and cut into small squares
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
