Zia Anna's Famous Three Bean Salad

1 can Cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
4 scallions (washed and diced)
1 red bell pepper (washed and diced)
1 yellow bell pepper (washed and diced)
½ cup chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 can red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)

1 red bell pepper (washed and diced)
1 yellow bell pepper (washed and diced)

Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Toss well and chill for 2 hours
