This Zucchini and Corn Quiche is easy to make, perfect for breakfast or dinner, and can be made ahead of time to satisfy any vegetarian urge!

1 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
