1 baguette sliced on the diagonal about ¼” thick
Olive oil
1 medium zucchini sliced about ¼” thick, roasted
12 small cherry tomatoes, halved and roasted
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons garlic butter
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
