Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breast ( 4 oz )
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
to taste salt & pepper

Directions


For the salad:

4    cups    romaine lettuce
6    bacon strips ( uncured, unsalted grass fed bacon, cooked & cut into ½ inch pieces )
1    cup    summer squash
1    cup    cherry tomatoes

For the dressing;

1/2    tablespoon    extra virgin olive oil
Vinegar, balsamic 1/4    cup    spicy brown mustard ( ground )
