These gluten free cheeseburger salad bowls are a healthy, lighter way to get your burger fix this Summer! They’re a healthy meal that the whole family will love!

1 Lb Ground beef (I use 93% lean)
2 Tbsp Olive oil, divided
1 Large Onion, sliced
1 Udis Gluten Free Classic OR Whole Grain Hamburger Bun
Pepper
4 Cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
2 Cups Roma tomato, roughly chopped
1/2 Cup Reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
Pickles (optional)
Yellow mustard
For the dressing:
1 Cup Tomato paste
1/4 Cup Water
4 tsp White vinegar
2 tsp Agave or honey
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
