Creamy Cheesy Alfredo Lasagna

This creamy delicious dish offers a nice change from the traditional lasagna adding even more variety of that cheesy goodness that just melts in your mouth.

9 lasagna noodles
5 cloves minced garlic
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 pd Italian sausage
1/2 pd ground beef
14.5 can tomato sauce
14.5 can diced tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
1 c tomato juice
1 28 oz jar Alfredo sauce
2- 12 oz pk Colby jack or mozzarella cheese(I used Colby)sliced
3 eggs
1 16 oz cont cottage cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c Parmesan(to your liking)
1 TB Italian seasoning
1/2 TB basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 TB parsley
