A quick and frugal version of lasagna, perfect for using up random ingredients that may be languishing in your fridge.

4 cups cooked pasta (any kind)
3 cups pasta sauce
1 pound cooked ground turkey (or other ground meat)
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (or other cheese)
3 cups pasta sauce
1 pound cooked ground turkey (or other ground meat)

1. Pour cooked pasta, cooked turkey, and pasta sauce into a bowl and mix well.
2. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9 x 13 pan.
3. Sprinkle the contents of the pan with cheese.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
