Ingredients

3 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger ( )
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree ( I used Trader Joe’s )
1/2 cup maple syrup ( )
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup dried sunflower seed kernels
