Golden Curry Chicken

1 pound chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
16 oz cooking cream (neutral)
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon dried vegetable mix
to taste salt, pepper

1 1/2 cups rice (uncooked) OR 0.6 pounds dried pasta (ex: macaroni)
1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Cook in boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain. 2. Meanwhile, cook the rice or pasta as designed. Do not add extra spices but salt. 2. Heat butter over medium heat and add cooked chicken and vegetable mix. Fry for a few minutes stirring occasionaly until it gets a crispy golden-brownish crust. Pour the cooking cream and curry powder and cook for 2 or 3 minutes, until it thickens a bit. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with pasta or rice. Bon appétit! Note: This goes well with pickled cucumbers!
