Asian slaw:

2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter (use low sugar type for dietary restrictions)

4 Tbsp rice vinegar
A sprinkle of kosher salt
A sprinkle of cracked pepper
A sprinkle of sugar (use a pinch of pure Stevia for a low sugar recipe)haute dog
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage (Napa, green, purple, or a combination)
3/4 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 thinly sliced green onions
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

sprinkle ginger
