Strawberry Muffin

Spring season is the time for Strawberry, so enjoy this yummy muffin with a cup of tea.

1 and 1/4 cup refined flour,
1/2 cup castor sugar,
100 g softened butter,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
2 teaspoon baking powder,
1 egg,
1/2 cup milk,
1 cup chopped strawberries.
In a bowl combine butter, egg and milk, beat lightly. In another bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Toss in chopped strawberries and stir to coat the flour. Pour in egg mixture and stir together. Preheat microwave oven on 180 degree, grease a 8 cup muffin tin. Fill the muffin cups and bake at 180 degree C for 30 minutes. After that let it cool for 10 minutes, serve it with homemade strawberry glaze.
