Tasty Mongolian Beef

Cut up steak smothered in a sweet and spicy sauce that makes this dish oh so tasty! It is excellent served on a bed of rice.

Ingredients:
1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced crosswise
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 tbsp canola oil
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (adjust to change heat)
