½ tsp xanthin gum

1 large egg white, room temperature
5 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ tbsp ground ginger
½ tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
