100% Whole Wheat Bread

The nice thing about this recipe is that the bread only raises once, so it's really not an all day project!

5 1/2- 6 C. whole wheat flour
1 TBL yeast
1/3 C. gluten
2 1/2 C. warm water
1 TBL Kosher salt
1/3 C. oil
1/3 C. honey
1 TBL lemon juice
