5-Ingredient Walnut Cookies (Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free)

Here’s a delicious and easy-to-make cookie recipe for walnut lovers. It’s also completely gluten-free and dairy-free. The best part is that it requires only 5 ingredients: walnuts, eggs, flax meal, some baking powder and some sweetener of your choice. The sixth ingredient, cinnamon, is optional but I just love the combination of walnuts and cinnamon.

1 cup of walnuts
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of flax meal or ground flaxseed
Sweetener of your choice (I used 3 tablespoons of maple syrup)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Cinnamon – optional
