5 Minute Restaurant-Style Homemade Salsa – From Mild to Hot!

This five-minute salsa can be made as mild or as hot as you want.

4 Cups Tomato Puree (see ‘Tomato’ note below)
1 Chipotle Pepper, plus 2 Tablespoons Adobo Sauce (the sauce that the chipotle pepper comes packed in) (see ‘Peppers’ note below)
2 Medium Jalapeno Peppers (see ‘Peppers’ note below)
1 Cup Cilantro (more or less depending on whether or not you love it as much as we do)
1 Small White Onion, peeled and quartered
1 Small Green Onion
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled
1 Tablespoon Freshly-Squeezed Lemon Juice
Salt, to taste
