Chocolate Cream Pie, with a chocolate digestive base!

Base
Half pack of biscuits
Butter melted, 50g
Filling
2 cups of milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
100 g of chocolate (dark preferably)

Bash the biscuits in a tea towel, or blitz in a processor until quite fine. Now add the melted butter and mix. Finally press into a tin with a removable base. Press the mix along the base and up the sides...
