These Almond Peach Crumble Muffins are AMAZING! MOIST and FLUFFFYYYY! Perfect for freezing and having for breakfast OR as a snack!

MUFFINS:
1 cup almond meal
1 cup white self raising flour (all purpose)
½ cup wholemeal self raising flour (all purpose is find)
1 teaspoon baking powder (use 2 teaspoons baking powder if baking with all purpose flour!)
½ cup natural granulated sweetener/sugar of choice
2 eggs
½ cup apple sauce
2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
CRUMB:
? cup almond meal
1 cup quick oats
4 tablespoons natural granulated sweetener/sugar of choice
2 tablespoons flaked almonds
2 tablespoons low joule apricot jam
1 tablespoon low fat butter/coconut oil
EXTRA:
2 tubs low joule peaches in water
