Amazing Easy Caramel Corn!

I learned this recipe in my home-ec class. I can only make it occasionally because it's so addicting I'll eat the whole bowl myself! It's quick, easy, amazingly delicious! The best part is there's hardly any dishes to wash after it's made (Hooray!) and you don't have to have a fancy stovetop whirlypop to make it!

3 quarts popped popcorn (1/2 cup unpopped)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
7 large marshmallows
Add the brown sugar, butter or margarine, and marshmallows together in a casserole dish or measuring pitcher (mine is 1 quart). Microwave 2 1/2 minutes on high. Remove from microwave and stir until marshmallows melt. Microwave an additional 30 seconds on high. Pour over the popcorn. Stir well. Lay out on waxed paper, leave in bowl, or roll into popcorn balls.
