Zucchini Cobbler is the magical dessert that tastes identical to Apple Cobbler! Zucchini Cobbler will clobber your taste buds leaving you wanting more!

7-8 zucchini peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces
2/3 cups lemon juice
3 cups sugar
2 teaspoon apple pie spice
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cups ½unsalted butter chilled and cut into cubes
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
