Amys Greek Dip (with Hummus & Feta)

A wonderful, different dip. Full of Greek flavor with olives, hummus and Feta. Easy to put together and looks great. Tastes so fresh with the fresh cucumber crunch and pretty tomatoes.

2 cups hummus (store bought is fine!)
Alouette cheese spread (or something similar)
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber - skin on for color.
1 to 2 cups feta (depends on how much you like feta - I LOVE it!)
Kalamata olives (10 large ones, sliced then coarsely chopped)
1/8 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
Peperonchini peppers (about 3 tablespoons chopped) Or, if you don\'t have these, banana peppers work fine too
