Apple Bread with Almond Flour

Delicious and healthy apple bread recipe! The recipe uses half almond flour. For the other half you can use either whole wheat or all purpose flour!

1 cup all purpose flour (or whole wheat flour)
2/3 cup almond meal flour (or extra 2/3 flour)
4 (full) tablespoons of yoghurt
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup shredded granny smith apples (about 4-5 medium sized apples)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
