1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash ginger
2 cups Multipurpose Gluten-free Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
Turbinado sugar (for topping)
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash ginger
2 cups Multipurpose Gluten-free Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350. Place liners in muffin tin.
In a saucepan, add apples, sugars, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
