This is a Power Breakfast. Low GI and Loaded With Proteins. My Father used to tell us about his Army days and how they would eat canned baked beans with everything. He still enjoy his baked beans and telling his stories of course. :) It is such a simple, inexpensive and delicious recipe that you can even enjoy it around a camping fire. The amount of slices bread are optional, i prefer just one slice. We love it so much that we have eaten it for lunch and even dinner. Go ahead and make it. You
