This Arugula Pesto Pasta Salad is such a versatile dish- you can have it for dinner, lunch or just as a side dish.

12 ounces corkscrew pasta (I use rainbow radiatore), gluten free if desired
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 cup walnuts
2 cups arugula
16 ounce container grape tomatoes, halved
1 lemon
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
